🚚 Order Processing & Standard Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days after confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–13 days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Delivery timelines are system-generated and may vary during public holidays, festive seasons (Diwali, Christmas, etc.), or high-demand periods.

  • Delays may occur due to customs processing, transportation strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by natural events, customs clearance, or logistics disruptions.

Please ensure your shipping address, including area details and correct PIN code, is accurate to avoid delivery issues.

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may need to self-ship the product.

  • Self-shipping must be done only via India Post.

  • Shipping charges will be reimbursed upon submission of a valid registered courier receipt.

  • The tracking link shared via SMS or email.


⚑ Express Delivery (India Only)

Automart provides Express Delivery service within India for eligible products and PIN codes.

Dispatch Timeline:

  • Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM (noon) β†’ Same-day dispatch

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM β†’ Next working day dispatch

Delivery Time:

Typically delivered within 2–5 working days, depending on:

  • Delivery location

  • Courier partner coverage

  • Warehouse proximity


Important Express Conditions

  • Available only for eligible PIN codes and products marked β€œExpress Eligible.”

  • Not applicable for international orders.

  • Bulk, heavy, custom-built, or pre-order items are excluded.

  • Delivery is not guaranteed on Sundays or national holidays.

  • Express service may not be available for certain Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • Accurate mobile number and PIN code are mandatory.

  • Delivery slots are auto-assigned and cannot be manually selected.

  • Orders with multiple products may be shipped separately.

Express shipping charges are non-refundable unless delay is officially confirmed due to courier negligence.
